It is a precision measurement for Dynamic Disc Thickness Variation(D-DTV)and lateral Run-Out (LRO) of the brake rotor to investigate thermal Judder while braking. Precision capacitance amplifiers, probes, anti-vibration fixtures and a high speed data acquisition system are used to keep accurate measurements. DTV and SRO together with torque, temperature and pressure, should be measured and stored in an HDD in accordance with programmed trigger condition and sequence.

We can call any test result based on the wheel revolution count, which enables us to analyze and compare each factor of thermal judder causes.
